Tickets will be available for sale on April 14 and only 225 will be sold.  Tickets are available at both churches by calling 315- 86-3703 or 315-654-3833. You may also call Nancy DelBorgo at 315-654-4618, Andrew Wood 315-955-0318 or Sandy Robinson at 315-783-2541.

A ticket, which costs $100 per couple, includes hors d’oeuvres for two and many chances to win any and all of the eleven cash prizes as all winning tickets are re-entered for all additional drawings.  First prize is $3500, Second Prize is $1000, Third Prize is $500, Fourth and Fifth prize winners take home $200 each, and there are five $100 prizes.

Early Bird tickets are available until August 1st with a cash prize of $200 for the winner.

A 50/50 raffle and drawings for numerous door prizes will also be held throughout the evening. In addition, a silent auction with themed baskets, artwork and valued items from local merchants will round out the evening.

Both churches are in need of additional funding to cover operating costs. Christ Church is hoping to be able to make improvements to their organ and establish a more diversified music program. St. John’s will use the funds for outreach. Proceeds from this event may also benefit Sunday school programs and adult education classes at both churches.

A feast of finger foods and main dishes include Beef bourguignon, ham, scalloped potatoes, salad and a mashtini bar, as well as crisp vegetable spring rolls with sweet chili plum sauce, chicken sate with peanut sauce, and sausage stuffed mushrooms.

Parishioners from both Christ Church and St. John’s will provide delicious homemade desserts. A cash bar will be available for drinks.

This is certain to be a fun filled evening so make plans to attend with your friends to enjoy live music in the foyer, food, drinks, and watching the sun go down over our beautiful St. Lawrence River.

With 40 possible opportunities to win and only 225 ticket holders, there is a good chance that you will go home a winner… and a 100% chance that you will have a great time!
